# Haoran Ke — Product Builder

I like building and thinking. I started as a product manager; now I write the code, do the design and run the growth myself, with AI. I'm currently building [Wapopo](https://wapopo.com) and [UINice](https://uinice.com).

One formula guides most of my decisions: user value = new experience − old experience − switching cost. If the new thing is only a little better, people won't move.
